TERMS OF SERVICE — Bullmandi Classifieds

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bullmandi Classifieds (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) available at https://bullmandi.com/. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Platform Role (Directory Only)

  • Bullmandi Classifieds is a directory and classifieds listing platform.
  • We do not:
  • sell, resell, manufacture, store, ship, deliver, or inspect items,
  • provide escrow or guarantee payments,
  • act as an agent/broker for any user.
  • Any transaction is conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

2) Eligibility and Account Use

You agree that:

  • You are capable of entering a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
  • Account information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • You will keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3) User Obligations

You must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan.
  • Provide accurate, non-misleading listing information (price, condition, location, and details).
  • Only list items/services you have the legal right to offer.
  • Communicate respectfully and lawfully with other users.
  • Not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Platform.

4) User-Generated Content (Ownership, License, and Moderation)

4.1 Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the content you post (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).
  • You confirm you have rights/permissions to post all text, images, and other content.

4.2 License to Bullmandi Classifieds

By posting UGC, you grant Bullmandi Classifieds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), publish, display, distribute, and promote your UGC
    for operating, improving, and marketing the Platform.

4.3 Moderation and Removal Rights

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

  • review, screen, reject, remove, disable access to, or modify (formatting only) any UGC,
  • suspend or terminate accounts,
    where content violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, or creates risk for users or the Platform.

5) Prohibited Items and Activities

You must not list, promote, request, or facilitate (non-exhaustive):

Illegal or Restricted Goods/Services

  • Narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia.
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives (including instructions to make them).
  • Stolen goods, smuggled items, or items with altered/removed serial numbers.
  • Counterfeit/pirated goods; copyright infringement; trademark misuse.
  • Adult sexual services, exploitation, or any content involving minors.
  • Human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitative services.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content promoting violence.
  • Fraudulent schemes, misleading investment offers, fake jobs, pyramid schemes.
  • Hacking tools/services, stolen credentials/accounts, malware distribution.
  • Sale/disclosure of sensitive personal data (e.g., CNIC databases).
  • Any item/service prohibited under Pakistani law or regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Platform Conduct

  • Spam, bulk posting, scraping, or automated data extraction without permission.
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation.
  • Attempts to bypass security, interfere with the Platform, or introduce malware.
  • Abusive reporting or false claims intended to harm other users.

6) Transactions Between Users (Third-Party Liability)

  • Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying:
  • identity, ownership, authenticity, condition, documents, legality, and safety,
  • payment, delivery, and after-sale terms.
  • Bullmandi Classifieds is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for disputes.

Limitation of Liability (Third-Party Transactions):

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, non-delivery, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from user-to-user interactions or transactions.

7) Fees and Paid Features (If Applicable)

If we offer paid promotions or premium listings:

  • Fees will be shown before purchase.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices or features with notice where practicable.

8) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • we receive lawful requests from authorities,
  • your activity creates risk or harm to users, the Platform, or our legal compliance.

9) Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or that listings will lead to successful transactions.

10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
All disputes arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
